Our clinic offers in-house x-ray, ultrasound imaging, ultrasound-guided procedures, and phlebotomy carried out by a licensed, experienced RN. No more making multiple appointments, we value your time. Background
As the podiatric physician and surgeon at Clarkston Family Foot & Ankle, Dr. Lowe is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care backed by advanced surgical training and the latest treatment techniques. He believes that every patient deserves to be heard, educated about their condition, and empowered to make informed decisions about their care. Whether treating a routine foot problem or a complex reconstructive case, his goal is to help patients return to the activities they love with confidence.
After completing his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, Dr. Lowe earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City. There, his medical education and clinical training provided invaluable experience caring for a diverse population of patients with complex foot and ankle conditions. Working in one of the nation's busiest healthcare environments, he was exposed to a high volume of advanced pathology and medically complex cases, building a strong foundation in diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of foot and ankle disorders. In podiatry school, Dr. Lowe was elected President of the Student Association and received the New York College of Podiatric Medicine Board of Trustees Award for Excellence in Leadership, recognizing his commitment to service, professionalism, and leadership.
He completed his comprehensive foot and ankle surgical residency at Ascension Genesys Hospital in Grand Blanc, Michigan (now Henry Ford Genesys Hospital), where he received advanced training in foot and ankle surgery with a special emphasis on rearfoot and ankle reconstruction, trauma, limb preservation, and minimally invasive surgical techniques. Dr. Lowe is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in foot surgery, reflecting his commitment to the highest standards of patient care and surgical excellence.
Outside of the office, Dr. Lowe enjoys spending time with his family, his wife Kate, and their dog, Louie. Whether he's golfing in the summer or skiing in the winter, he values making lasting memories with the people he loves. He is proud to serve the community by combining advanced medical and surgical expertise with the warmth, compassion, and personalized care that define Clarkston Family Foot and Ankle.

Kate Lowe RN
Background
As the Practice Manager of Clarkston Family Foot and Ankle, Kate is dedicated to creating a welcoming, patient-centered experience for everyone. With over eight years of nursing experience, she brings a diverse clinical background in surgical nursing, critical care, IV infusion therapy, radiology, and vascular access. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan, where she built the foundation for a career centered on compassionate, high-quality patient care.
While Dr. Lowe provides expert foot and ankle care as our physician and surgeon, Kate is committed to ensuring every patient feels valued, cared for, and treated like family. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice with a focus on providing exceptional service, building meaningful relationships with patients, and creating a warm, comfortable environment from the moment patients walk through the door.
Outside of the office, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, her beloved dog Louie, and making the most of Michigan's seasons. Whether golfing in the summer or skiing in the winter, she values quality time with the people she loves. She is proud to help build a practice where expert medical and surgical care is paired with genuine compassion and a commitment to treating every patient like family.
